About these terms

These terms apply when you visit catkeeperstudio.com or buy from CATKEEPER STUDIO. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Screen settings may cause small differences in colour, and measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Most CATKEEPER STUDIO products are produced to order by selected fulfilment partners. Product availability may change without notice.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel or decline an order where payment is not authorised, an item is unavailable, information is incorrect or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes shown by us are displayed at checkout. For international orders, additional duties or import charges may be collected locally.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotions may have separate conditions. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash, combined or applied retrospectively.

Intellectual property

The CATKEEPER STUDIO name, artwork, graphics, photographs, designs and website content may not be copied, modified, sold or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of the place where they live.
